APHC assists with Activities of Daily Living, which include but are not limited to: eating, bathing/dressing, grooming, oral care, ambulating, turning/repositioning, transfers, preventative care related to pressure ulcers, light housekeeping/meal prep, managing bedside safety, grocery shopping, accompanying client to medical appointments and much more.

 

 

Skilled Nursing Care (Registered Nurse - RN)

 

APHC provides medication administration, administers IV medications, injections. provide tube feedings, wound care, catheter care and management, lab work, health assessments, oversees your care & much more.
